How It Works:
World Team Pickleball (WTP) is tailored for businesses of all sizes and non-profits seeking to host employees and clients in a hospitality suite, connect with other companies, and build relationships in a lively, enjoyable setting. It offers a great branding opportunity, providing companies visibility while helping them engage with non-profits that share their charitable values. Similarly, non-profits can use this platform to meet potential donors and expand their reach by sharing their mission with a wider audience.
Who Can Play: Team Requirement
This event is open to intermediate players competing at a 3.5–4.5 WTP rating/DUPR rating. There will be 2-3 divisions determined by event sign-ups, categorized by your WTP rating / DUPR rating.
✅ Each team must represent a company or organization
✅ Players should know how to keep score and enjoy friendly competition.
✅ Teams consist of 2 men & 2 women
Don’t Have Players? No Problem!
Want to be part of WTP but don’t have four players? We’ve got you covered! Once you sponsor a team, WTP will connect with the professionals at TTC to find four qualified players (2 men & 2 women) to represent your company. This way, you can still enjoy all the networking, branding, and hospitality benefits of the event without needing to find a team yourself! The rating of your players provided will vary on the package your company sponsors.
Event Details:
🏆 Open to 48 Companies or Organizations
👥 Each team may invite guests, quantity varies from 16-60 people, based on sponsorship package. (colleagues, clients, potential clients, or family)
🍹 Complimentary refreshments and food are included
👕 Company's logo/name will be printed on team shirts
🏫 Company's logo/name will be displayed on a large banner at TTC Newport Beach for 2 months

Tournament Format: (Cole and Joleen?)
Men’s Doubles – First to 11 points, win by 1
Women’s Doubles – First to 11 points, win by 1
Mixed Doubles – Played using WTP’s unique point system:
First to 15 points, win by 1
Tagging in/out allowed during each team’s 1 timeout
Tiebreaker (if needed) – A 7-point Tag Team Mixed Doubles tiebreaker, win by 2, with one timeout per team
🏆 Double Elimination – Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games
Prizes Per Division:
🥇 Gold – 1st Place
🥈 Silver – 2nd Place
🥉 Bronze – 3rd Place

Registration & Pricing
💰 Sponsoring a Team ranges from $2,500/ $5,000/ $10,000, depending on the number of guests, food, beverage, and brand exposure. Best of all its going to a good cause and it’s tax-deductible!
